This page is for Players looking for a team to post their information for Coaches to choose from.

COACHES, DO NOT POST TEAM TRYOUT INFO HERE. 

Players, post your name, contact info, D.O.B., Positions and Experience and what part of town you wish to consider.

The Central Ohio Youth Baseball League does not organize the teams, select or approve coaches, players or volunteers for any of the teams.

We urge all Parents to use due diligence when selecting a team to play for. Check into the Coaches background and his coaching philosophy and experience. 

We do not get into the teams issues.

If there are concerns about abuse, theft or gross misconduct,  contact the police first and make a formal complaint and then contact the league President.

If as a parent or guardian, you make a verbal or written contract to a team, you are responsible to make full payment to that team before asking for a release (submitted to the Head coach and to your age group director for COYBL) to play on another COYBL team.

Requesting a release after full payment is made does not guarantee a release as that is up to the head coach. 

COYBL will only get involved in this if there is suspected abuse of any kind.

COYBL does not require coaches to have background checks, but you as a parent are responsible for the decisions you make for your child.
